Vendor terms

These terms cover trading at Unwind with Holla gatherings. By applying, you agree to them.

Applying

• Applications include a one-off fee, shown on the form. We review every application within 5 working days, and if we can't approve you, the fee is refunded in full.
• Food and drink vendors must hold a valid food hygiene certificate and upload it with the application. Public liability insurance is recommended for every stall.
• We may pause or end a vendor account if these terms aren't followed.

Pitches at events

• Once approved, you can apply for a pitch at upcoming events from your vendor dashboard. We accept, waitlist or decline each request.
• If a pitch has a fee, paying it confirms your place. We email set-up details, including your pitch and arrival time, the day before.
• If we cancel an event, pitch fees are refunded in full.

On the day

• Arrive at your set-up time, keep your pitch tidy and safe, and take everything with you when you leave.
• You're responsible for your stock, equipment and anything you sell, including any licences it needs.
